David did any amazing job helping us choose a house! He sent us listing(s) for any house meeting our criteria and every house we wanted to see, he would take us to immediately so we didn't miss out. He gave us informative advice with accurate data to back it up which is extremely helpful for first time  home buyers. If we had questions he would get back to us very promptly with answers. We went with a realtor, prior to David, who wasn't prompt and we missed out on a few houses since the market moves quickly in this area. I am very glad we got in touch with David and he was able to help us find a house and close on it so quickly. He also helped us put in reasonable offers with price comparisons for houses that sold in the area, without his help on it we wouldn't have known what to do and would have missed out on the perfect house!
